Meet Heather Lavin

Heather Lavin | Windermere Real Estate

I am a Seattle native and homeowner in the Montlake/North Capitol Hill neighborhood. I am the top ranking real estate agent in Montlake and have been for the last four years (NWMLS based on sales volume). You may see me walking my Bernese Mt. Dog by your house. I am constantly touring and studying the market. I became a realtor in 2004 and immediately put my previous 15+ years of marketing, negotiation and business management experience to work for my clients. I am also an Accredited Staging Professional and a Certified Negotiations Expert. My emphasis is on single family homes representing both sellers and buyers in greater Seattle.

Knowledge of the Market

In our ever-changing real estate market you can depend on me to be knowledgable about the market, the process and intimately familiar with the neighborhoods where I work. Whether you are buying or selling I will provide information on schools, commutes, recreation & shopping so you understand the neighborhood, current real estate inventory, recent sales data and market trends and strategy. From a comprehensive pricing recommendation to closing you will receive first class service and attention every step of the way.

Removing the stress of selling or buying a home

Looking for a home or selling your home is stressful by nature. My clients trust me and know I work for their best interests before my own.  This removes some of the pressure. Whether it is helping sellers with pre-listing details like making recommendations on what improvements should be done before listing, picking paint colors, contractor recommendations, scheduling and overseeing the completion of projects or helping a buyer narrow down neighborhoods that fit their goals and budget - I am truly your advocate every step of the way.

Fun along the way

Although I take my commitment very seriously I also know it is good to take some time to laugh and have a little fun along the way.  You can count on me to provide some comic relief when needed.
